Meeting Goals

• Review and discuss the business requirements and value of “high” priority enhancements. (Note that “medium” and “low” priority enhancements will not be discussed unless a stakeholder requests these items.)

• Stakeholders will be asked to state preferences during the meeting so that a proposal can be made to funders the following week that aligns with budget and timeline.
