TF subcommittees meet regularly to discuss measures that need more in-depth review and crosscutting technical issues.  Materials for each meeting are posted here three business days before each meeting; tracking sheets updated with meeting attendance and action items are posted three business days after each meeting. 

Ex ANTE IMPROVEMENTS / ALTERNATIVES

The DEER Improvements / DEER Alternatives Subcommittee subcommittee is working to evaluate the current state of ex ante value development in California, as embodied in DEER and non-DEER workpapers, and compare it to best practices in other jurisdictions. The final work product will consider the best path forward for correcting the current structural and procedural problems with ex ante development in the state and make concrete recommendations with regards to the DEER database.  The subcommittee is currently meeting on the first and third Thursday of every month from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
