HYBRID MEASURES SUBCOMMITTEE

Objective: The purpose of the Hybrid Measure Subcommittee is to develop a framework for developing hybrid or “partially deemed” measures. This subcommittee will reach consensus on the definition and documentation requirements of a hybrid measure and will identify and develop several measures that meet such requirements.

MEASURE COST GUIDANCE SUBCOMMITTEE

Objective: The purpose of the Measure Cost Guidance Subcommittee is to develop a framework and guidelines to estimate measure cost for deemed measures in the California energy efficiency portfolios. The deliverable of this subcommittee will be a white paper that summarizes current practices and provides guidelines for estimating measure cost for new measures as well as updating cost estimates for existing measures.
