Through its Custom Initiative, Cal TF is developing guidance, tools, and resources to support the development of custom measures and projects. This page provides views (and links) to three resource libraries hosted on the Cal TF Custom Initiative SharePoint Site:

• The Tool Library lists tools available for stakeholders to develop custom measures and provides Tool Summaries (which provide general information about the tool including update and compliance status) and links to each tool.

• The Custom Measure Guidance (CMG) Library hosts measure guidance materials developed through Cal TF CMG Working Groups.

• The Baseline Library hosts the full reports, study summaries, and available CPUC response documentation for existing Baseline Studies.

The User Guide provides detailed instructions on how to navigate the libraries on this webpage.

The Tool Library lists tools available for stakeholders with Tool Summaries (that provide tool information, scope, and update and compliance status) and links to each tool. Access the Tool Summaries and external tools in the view below or access the full library on SharePoint.

We welcome stakeholders to submit suggestions for new tools to be reviewed and considered for inclusion in the Cal TF Tool Library. Please send your recommendations to caltf@futee.biz. 

The Custom Measure Guidance (CMG) Library hosts measure guidance materials developed through Cal TF CMG Working Groups. TF-affirmed CMG documents provide detailed, measure-specific guidance on eligibility, technical methods, data requirements, and tools to support accurate and consistent measure development and review for common custom measures. The Baseline Library hosts the full reports, study summaries, and available CPUC response documentation for existing Baseline Studies. The Study Summary provides key study information including relevant measure, baseline determination, applicability, and CPUC approval status. If there is an existing Baseline Study that should be added to this library, please send the study to caltf@futee.biz. 

Please note that the “Study Status” for most Baseline Studies is unknown. Cal TF Staff are working with ED Staff to confirm the status and applicability of Baseline Studies in this library.
