David has worked at Southern California Edison for more than twenty years, holding various leadership roles in demand side management. Since 2015, he focused solely on SCE’s Energy Efficiency programs, leading multiple program development, technology, and regulatory compliance initiatives. In early 2023, he took on the role of Engineering Services manager. In this position, David leads energy efficiency measure package development, technical review for custom project review, and quality control for OpenADR Demand Response technology programs.

David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
