Emily Lemei serves as the Customer Programs Manager & Regulatory Affairs for the Northern California Power Agency (NCPA).  In this capacity, she supports NCPA's member utilities in developing and administering customer programs, including demand management, transportation electrification, and distributed generation programs.  Prior to joining NCPA in 2018, she worked for the California Energy Commission as technical lead for the Renewables Portfolio Standard program.

Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from George Washington University.
