Eric Noller has 15 years of experience in energy-centric activities that include utility program design, renewable energy feasibility studies, emerging technology development, and project/program development. He has supported commercial and industrial facilities in providing energy audits, building/facility commissioning, operations and maintenance guidance, measurement & verification, and construction management. He currently manages the engineering team at ERI and directs utility demand-side management efforts including program design and implementation, technical review, work paper development, market characterization, technology studies, targeted DSM, and energy modeling. He is active in several ASHRAE technical committees and the AESP implementation committee. Eric has presented at conferences for AESP and ETCC on topics such as program design and technology assessments.
Eric has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of California San Diego and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University with a focus on alternative and renewable energy. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in California and is an ASHRAE certified Building Energy Modeling Professional.
