Steven has more than 25 years of experience developing and reviewing EE savings values in the in residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial sectors for a variety of technologies and end uses. He has implemented EE, DR, emerging technologies, and solar thermal projects in a number of utility, government, and third party programs. He has also published academic articles regarding computer modeling used to rate efficient solar water heaters and is an active member ASHRAE. In addition to his excellent technical qualifications, Steven’s extensive experience in demand side project, program, and personnel management give him a broad perspective on the implications of technical decisions on program implementation, end products, and customers.

Steven has a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and a BS in Architectural Engineering from the University of Kansas and is a Registered Mechanical Engineer in California.
